President Aliyev issues a decree on holding the II Congress of World Azerbaijanis

According to the decree, the II Congress of World Azerbaijanis will be held in Baku on March 16

The President's Office together with the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad is charged with working out, confirmation and implementation of the action plan, APA was informed by the President's Press Service.

The I Congress of World Azerbaijanis was convened on November 9-10, 2001 under the decree of the late President Heydar Aliyev.
