President approved program on Baku villages development

The Cabinet of Ministers is charged with resolving the issues and informing the President of the program implementation progress, Trend reports.

The decree notes also, the State Program on socio-economic development of the Azerbaijan regions for 2004-2008 is being implemented purposefully. It is also noted that the settlements around Baku remained aside to certain degree from the dynamic development of Baku.

The program is aimed at ensuring socio-economic development of these settlements, improvement of social conditions of the population, solution of existing problems.
