Seminar "Amendments and additions to the Civil Code" held

The seminar held concerning the discussion of the bill on "Amendments and additions to the Civil Code" with organization of Milli Majlis Office and German Technical Cooperation Society.

As APA reports, Milli Majlis Officer Safa Mirza said that the document under discussion was an important legislative act for Azerbaijani law system.

Saying the bill is formal Safa Mirza added that amendments are planed to be made to the "person right" section of the Civil Code.

"Law community of the country isn't satisfied with the bill unanimously. So, the bill needs discussing. We plan to start large discussion on the document in summer".
