"In this critical moment of history, joining of efforts of women from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey for resolution of regional problems is especially important. This action once more witnesses that regardless of residence, religion and language women are the peace-keepers,"- the document states.
Mrs. Aliyeva expressed her hope that women's action, representing the population of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, boosts and strengthens ties among the three countries.
Alongside, Azerbaijan's first lady expressed her regret in a view of unresolved conflicts in the region, which make thousands women and children suffer.
"Resolution of these conflicts today is the most important objective for the region's women. They shall mobilize their strength and skills to ensure the peace,"- the address says.
