Constitution day of Norway marked in Baku

Speaking at the reception, ambassador of Norway Steinar Gill said the political, economic and cultural links between two countries develop dynamically.

The Norwegian ambassador handed over medals and Diplomas signed by Queen His Majesty Harold V to two Azerbaijani war veterans Aziz Ganbarov and Mammad Huseynov who have participated in release of Norway from the fascists 1944.

Then, the Baku Chamber Theater artists have performed parts of Norwegian playwrights and compositions by the famous musician of Norway Edgar Orig.

Ministers, Members of Parliament, ambassadors of foreign countries accredited in Azerbaijan, representatives of international organizations in the country and public figures have participated at the reception, AzerTAg reports.
