Yagub Mahmudov: "Education bill needs to be publicly discussed at least for two months"

Commenting on the delay of adoption of the education bill, the parliamentarian said the lack of this law posed a lot of problems in educational sphere.

"However, there is a tendency of drawing up this bill again and adopt it in haste. I am against this tendency. The bill should be submitted to public discussion for at least two months. The strategy of the law needs to be made clear," Mr.Mahmudov said.

The parliamentarian stressed the importance of publicizing the draft law of education in media. He thinks it needs at least four months to adopt high quality law.
