153 illegal buildings demolished in Lenkeran

Lenkeran City Executive power architecture and construction department chief, senior architect of the city, Jahid Hasanov, giving information to south bureau of APA, said that registration of illegal establishments in the region was implemented for strengthening fight against illegal construction of establishments, liquidation of street speculation, and on illegal construction of establishments under the order of executive head, February 24, 2006, #40 and Cabinet of Ministers "Azerbaijan Republic order on extra measures in automobile roads and defense lines use regulation" under order # 18, February28, 2004.

Within 5 months of 2006, 41 illegal establishments were demolished in the territory of Gumbashi-Parakend territory preserve zone of Baku-Astara highway. Besides it, in the surrounding of central stadium 5, in the Heydar Aliyev str. 27, in station area 11, 30 in Tofig Ismayilov str., 25 in Diagnostics Center territory, were pulled down. 6 trade establishments in the territory of Kindergarten #12, 8 trade establishments have been liquidated. Hasanov added that works continue in this regard.
