Fatula Huseynov's son made an objection during Haji Mammadov's gang trial

The case of 26 more people besides Haji Mammadov was considered at the sitting chaired by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev.

Their lawyers said that accusations declared by the public prosecutor at yesterday's trial are groundless.

Elchin Aliyev's lawyer - Elton Guliyev and Investigation Department ex-chair Zakir Nasirov's lawyer Adil Ismayilov expressed their objection to the investigation process and dissatisfaction with the accusations.

Nurshad Ismayilov's lawyer Kamandar Nasibli and Elchin Aliyev's lawyer Elton Guliyev wanted re-investigation and objected to review of the case.

Tahir Huseynov, son of Fatullah Huseynov murdered by the gang, objected to rejection of his motion against Haji Mammadov's nephew. He also objected to referral of the process to the court.

"The trial is biased; the public prosecutor's work is only grounded on letters submitted by the inspector."

He demanded re-investigation.
