Cairo street to be named after Azerbaijani diplomat killed during riots

One of the streets in Egypt’s capital, Cairo, will be named after the Azerbaijani diplomat Nijat Gojayev.

The employee was killed in a riot on Jan. 30 during the January clashes. This issue was discussed at the Azerbaijani meeting between ambassador to Egypt Shahin Abdullayev and Governor of Galvan (a district in Cairo) Gadri Abu Hussein on Monday, the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram writes.
