Azerbaijani field athlete breaks new record

Tallinn is hosting the European under-20 track and field championship. Azerbaijani athlete Rahib Mammadov successfully raced 110 meters with barriers.

In the first round, Mammadov timed 14.18 sec and ranked second. In the semifinal, he ranked second by timing 13.74 sec thus renewing the Azerbaijani record and passing through to the final.

In the final he will race with rivals from Belgium, France, Great Britain (two athletes), Finland, Germany and Holland.
