Temperature drops, cloudiness to dominate

Some of Azerbaijani regions will have short-term rain and lightning. Western wind to waft and strengthen. The temperature will be +7-12C at night and +19-24 and in the noon, while +4-8C in mountains at night and +9-14C in the noon.
