Ilham Aliyev: We believe that the elections will be transparent and democratic

The head of the state valued the process to run normally and mentioned that the campaigning process also was successful and was done on a high level.

"The fact of registration of more than 2000 candidates signifies that people of Azerbaijan trust these elections," said Aliyev. The President expressed his believe the Elections to reflect the will of Azeri people.

"Azerbaijan – is a presidential republic, however parliamentary elections play a big role in the development of the country and after the elections Azerbaijan will continue economical development and the process of democratization of the society thus the country will become stronger," concluded Aliyev.
