New Executive Power Head of Shahrur region appointed

President of Azerbaijan fired Rafael Rasulov from the position of head of the Executive Power of Sharur region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
On another presidential Decree, Elmar Guliyev has been appointed in his stead, AzerTAg reports.
