APA reports quoting Foreign Ministry spokesman Tahir Taghizadeh; he was commenting the results of the talks held by the delegation led by the European Commission deputy director general for external relations Fokion Fotiadis in the capital Baku.
The diplomat said only small details have not been agreed upon but basic political principles have been agreed on. It was also decided to continue talks at level of working groups to agree on the remained small details in Baku.
The European Union plans to conclude Action Plan with the South Caucasus states in autumn this year.
