Israeli and US flags burnt by protesters in Nardaran

The protesters assembling in Imam Hussein square shouted slogans condemning the US and other states backing the war and supporting Hezbollah and its leader Sheikh Nasrallah, APA reports.

Protester Haji Ali Huseynov called for Muslims to give moral support to Lebanon and demanded the Azerbaijani government to recall our soldiers in Iraq.

It was decided to stage protest actions in the settlement every Friday. The protesters burnt national flags of Israeli and US in the end. The resolution of the action demands the Azerbaijani government to express clear position on this matter.
