Baku probes companies producing harmful goods

Azerbaijan State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents has sent the facts on companies producing products harmful to health to the law enforcement structures.

As APA reports, harmful, low-quality and dangerous substances and industrial wastes were found in the goods produced and sold by individual entrepreneur Tahir Mahammad Safar, individual entrepreneur Fershbiate Shahriyari, K.R Ltd., IS.Bak.Export Import LLC, Faton Ltd.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the facts under Articl 200.2.2 of the Criminal Code.
