Ukrainian PM suggests establishing consortium on transportation of oil to Europe through Ukraine

Viktor Yanukovych specified that parties consider different routes of Caspian oil transportation to Odesa, including both its transportation from the Georgian city of Supsa with tankers to Odesa and through laying pipeline on bottom of the Black Sea. As the Ukrainian Prime Minister stressed, Russia and Kazakhstan, which are creating the Caspian oil transportation consortium to supply oil to Novorossiysk, will face the problem of fuel transportation via the Black Sea.
