Serj Sarkisyan: "Garabagh can not be a part of Azerbaijan"

"There are three basic principles on Nagorno Garabagh. First, Garabagh can not be a part of Azerbaijan, second, Garabagh must have contacts with Armenia and, third, there must be clear guarantees of non-resumption of hostilities.

"We will not discuss the conflict settlement beyond these principles", Prime Misister Serj Sarkisyan said in Megri city, bordering on Iran, in the framework of his election campaign.

He noted that the future president must enlist the support of the majority of citizens to be able to represent and promote their interests in the world.

He said that he wants to get the majority of votes to obtain opportunity to do a lot.
