"I think it immoral and politically incorrect to hold Serzh Sarkissyan's inauguration on the fortieth day of mourning over victims of bloody events in Yerevan", said famous psychologist Azad Isa-zade.

He said the bloody events occurred in period when Serzh Sarkissyan was striving for presidency in Armenia. "By doing so, the Karabakh dynasty demonstrate that they do not care of the public opinion and sufferings of its own people.
He said if there will be mass protests among Armenians, only working powers of Armenia would be responsible for it.
"A person, who intends to rule over Armenia, should respect the grief of the whole people", said he.
