President of Azerbaijan congratulates Aysel and Arash on great victory in Eurovision-2009 song contest

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today congratulated Aysel Teymurzadeh and Arash on the great victory in the Eurovision-2009 song contest.
The Head of State telephoned to Aysel and Arash. He said Azerbaijani duo worthily represented Azerbaijan in Europe, praised their accomplishment and wished them new successes.

Representatives of Azerbaijan took the third spot among representatives from 25 countries.
