No A/H1N1 virus revealed in Azerbaijani pig breeding farms

A/H1N1 virus has not been found in pig breeding farms in Azerbaijan, spokesman for Azerbaijan State Veterinary Service Yolchu Khanvali said.
He said that the farms have been working in closed conditions since April and employees of the Veterinary Service hold regular monitoring in pig breeding farms.

“The situation is normal in the farms, no A/H1N1 virus has been found,” he said.

Khanvali said after infection of two persons with A/H1N1 in Azerbaijan, State Veterinary Service will take necessary measures.
