Azerbaijan’s Plague Center commented on situation with swine flu in country

“Currently, the situation with the swine in the country is stabile,” Plague Center Deputy Director Rakif Abdullayev said.
He said the center has received many samples for tests non of which revealed the virus.

“There is no threat of spread of A/H1N1 in Azerbaijan yet. Check points have tightened measures to prevent the disease,” he said.

He said over 600 people have been tested for the swine flu in the center so far.
