Azerbaijani president offers condolences to Russian counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Russian counterpart Dmitriy Medvedev over numerous human loss caused by terrorist attack on Nazran.

The Head of State on his own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people offered his deep condolences to friends and families of the dead and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
