Flood-hit Shirvan-Astara railway being restored in Azerbaijan

Work is underway to eliminate consequences of recent floods across railways in Azerbaijan.
Shirvan-Astara railway is being reconstructed under supervision of the Azerbaijan Railways Deputy Chief Gurban Nazirov. Roadway on the 7-kilometer Osmanli-Azadkand section is already being restored. 120 cars of gravel have been used at the site. Nazirov said Azerbaijan Railways staff is working under tough schedule.
