Mass murder committed in Ismayilli region

On September 9, Ehtiram Israil Ismayilov, 43, shot dead Sardar Mirzakhan Aslanov, 34. Aslanov’s brother Ramil threw a stone on Ehtiram Ismayilov and injured him. Ismayilov’s brother Kamran also got involved in the scuffle. Aslanov then stabbed the brothers to death. The scuffle happened while men were driving their cars down the road. Aslanov has been detained by the police. Prosecutor’s office has launched criminal case on the fact on article 120.2.4 and 120.2.7 (atrocious killing of two or more persons) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
