One killed in frontier outpost incident in Azerbaijan

An armed incident took place in the frontier outpost of the State Border Service. The incident happened on January 4 in an outpost in Astara region of Azerbaijan.

Niyas Israfilov, 19, drafted by the Aghsu regional Military Commissariat a year ago, shot dead his fellow soldier, Idris Ismayilov, 19, drafted by the Yevlakh regional Military Commissariat.

The fact is under the investigation. Press center of the State Border Service said they were investigating the incident.
