Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues announces tender to demolish empty buildings in Baku

The Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues has announced an open tender to demolish empty buildings in the Sabail district in Baku.

As part of the tender, work will be carried out to demolish useless buildings, store equipment, clear the area of waste and dismantle communications lines.

The tender fee is 1,000 manat. Preference will be given to applicants with minimum rates and and similar experience. The tender will be held at the committee’s administrative building on April 29.
