Baku hosts culturology symposium dedicated to Hungarian composer

A national culturology symposium "Ferenc Liszt-phenomenon of world culture and civilization" dedicated to the 200th anniversary of prominent Hungarian composer and pianist Ferenc Liszt was held at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

Addresing the ceremony, president of the "Simurg" Azerbaijan Cultural Assosiation Fuad Mammadov told of the activity of the outstanding compositor Ferens List.

Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zsolt Chutora stressed composer's works are world popular. Professor Ogtay Abasguliyev, culturologist Elena Bogaevskaya made speeches at the event.
