Azeri fighters rank 1st in medal table of Baku international youth judo tournament

Young Azerbaijani judo fighters have ranked first in the medal table of the 34th Baku international tournament in memory of twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Major-General Hazi Aslanov.

Azerbaijani fighters garnered 12 gold, 11 silver and 20 bronze medals. Turkey finished second, followed by Georgia. The tournament brought together fighters from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Iran and Georgia.
