Stadium named after Heydar Aliyev to be built in Moldova

A huge sport complex named after Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev will be constructed in the Ceadir-Lunga, Gagauzia, autonomous territorial unit in Moldova.

According to the governor of Gagauzia Mihail Formuzal, the sport complex will feature a stadium with a capacity of 7,000 seats, swimming pool and a 200-bed hotel. The overall area of the sport venue is 16.4 hectares.

The construction will be realized by investors from Azerbaijan.
