Technikabank's interest-bearing book-entry bonds placed

The interest-bearing book-entry bonds of Technikabank OJSC were placed at the Baku Stock Exchange on Thursday.

Technikabank management board chairman Khagani Guluzade told APA that the volume of the issue is USD 2,000,000, the face value per bond USD 1,000, annual interest rate on bonds 14%, and the turnover period 730 days.

He said that Technikabank will open three new branches in Absheron, Beilagan and Neftchala by this year's end.
