Baku looks for volunteers for FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2012

Just like any other FIFA tournament, FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 is impossible without volunteers. Their purposefulness, support and friendship will leave memorable and positive impressions in the mind of fans from all over the world, making the Championship more colorful.

According to the initial planning, around 1,000 volunteers will assist the Local Organising Committee for running the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup Azerbaijan 2012. Volunteers are not only responsible for helping match days to run smoothly, but are also a part of a warm and friendly atmosphere in and around the stadium.

The volunteering programme is based on various characteristics. The volunteers team will be formed irrespective of age, race, sex, religious views and nationality. For becoming a member of the international volunteer team the main conditions are being 18 years old, having a good command of Azerbaijani and basic knowledge of English.
