"Great Silk Way" international boxing tournament to start in Baku

Annual international "Great Silk Way" boxing tournament will begin in the Azerbaijani capital on March 3.

The tournament will bring together young athletes from Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Romania and many other countries.

The Azerbaijani team plans to have at least three boxers in each weight category.

The tournament itself, which is one of the most important preparation stages for the April World boxing Junior Championship, will end on March 7.
