Teams of Shahriyar Mammadyarov and Namik Guliyev won the Chess championship in Germany

The 13th round of the chess championship in Germany, which was attended by two Azerbaijani grandmasters finished.
According to Day.Az, the team of Shahriyar Mamedyarov "Bremen Werder” in Katernberge (Germany) won over the eponymous club - 7,5:0,5. Mamedyarov played with Ukrainian Andrei Volokitin on the first board. The party ended in a draw. But in the other seven matches chess players of “Werder” gained the victory.


The team of Namik Guliyev "Eppingen” also gained the victory over Munich's
"Erfurter” - 5,5:2,5. Guliyev also ended in a draw with German Christian Troike on the seventh board.

After 13 rounds, “Werder” (with 23 points) took the 3rd place, conceding a point "Baden-Baden" and "Solingen". "Eppingen" with 14 points is on 8th place. Games of two crucial rounds of the championship in Germany will be held on 10 and 11 April.
