Azerbaijani boxers to vie for European medals

The week-long championship, kicking off on June 5, will see participation of nearly 300 boxers from 43 countries to compete in 11 weight categories.

Azerbaijan's hopes will be pinned on Elvin Mamishev weighing in at 48kg, Magomed Abdulgamidov at 51kg, Ilkin Aghayev at 54kg, Heybatulla Hajibabayev at 57kg, Ruslan GAsymov and Ramal Amanov at 60kg, Emil Maharramov at 64kg, Sadig Eynullayev at 69kg, Rahib Beylarov at 75kg, Ramazan Magomedov at 81kg, Rashad Abdullayev 91kg and Ferdi Pashtayev at over 91kg.
