Azerbaijani wrestlers to vie for medals at World University Championship

In the freestyle event, Azerbaijan will be represented by Azer Pashayev weighing in at 55 kg, Elmir Gambarov at 66 kg, Ibrahim Yusubov at 74 kg and Subhan Ismayilov at 84 kg.

In the Greco-Roman event, Azerbaijan`s squad will include Orkhan Ahmadov (55 kg), Orkhan Pashayev (60 kg), Rasul Chunayev (66 kg), Samurai Mustafayev (74 kg), Shahriyar Mammadov (84 kg) and Sabuhi Humbatov (96 kg).

In the women`s competition, Azerbaijan`s hopes will be pinned on Gozal Zutova weighing in at 63 kg.
