Azerbaijan, India, Georgia and Ireland progressed for 1/16 final

The AIBA Boxing Championships is underway in Baku. In 64 kg weight category Hajialiyev Geybatulla (Azerbaijan) won over Aly Eslam (Egypt), Kumar Manoj (India) won over Knowles Valentino (Bahamas Isles), Pkhakadze Koba (Georgia) won over Amoo Bediako Michael (Ghana) and Moylette Raymond (Ireland) won over Ahmetovs Arturs (Latvia).

Thus, boxers from Azerbaijan, India, Georgia and Ireland reached 1/16 round.
