Azeri boxer secures Olympic berth

Azerbaijani boxer Elvin Mamishzade weighing in at 52 kg has booked the country a spot at the 2012 London Olympic Games, after qualifying for the 1/4 round of the world championship in Baku.

He defeated Mongolian Tugstsogt Nyambayar 17-14. It was the country`s 20th Olympic spot.
