Azeri boxers win 3 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals

Azerbaijan national team won the first place at the youth boxing tournament in memory of Abbas Agalarov in Shagan Olympic Sports Complex here. Azeri boxers scooped 3 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals.

Ukrainian and Russian teams finished second and third respectively. Gold medals came from Tural Ahmadov (52 kg), Parviz Bagirov (64 kg) and Hajibaba Hajibabayev (91 kg). Special award “The best boxer of the tournament” was presented to Parviz Bagirov.
