“Every morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most,” Buddha.
If life doesn't smile at you, tickle life until it laughs!
There are fantastic people who find mornings filled with optimism, while others just stay in bed until the clock passes noon hourmoaning about “hating mornings”. For most, however, the workday is a mad rush in a trial to keep pace with everything.
Most likely, by the time you reach the office, you have already dealt with the stress of family, weather, traffic and other disasters. Unless everything goes perfectly, you will carry all that stress into your office and share it throughout the day with your employees and colleagues.
However, I think that morning is the most important part of a day. It’s a foundation, that is, it should be given much attention.
Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier
If you do so, you will not have to jump out of bed frantically putting on socks. You can begin your morning by lying in bed, slowly waking up and stretching. It’s just as important to prepare yourself mentally as it is physically for your day. These few minutes in bed are indeed all yours.
At least try to plan your day a night before
The day will start in a better way if the skirt and the T-shirt are already ironed and dinner is packed. Taking situation under your control, you will feel comfort and save time. Taking 20 minutes to lay out everything could save you a 30-minute fashion crisis or an endless search for the car keys.
Begin your day with positive news and thoughts
We live in the world of social networks and the ubiquitous Internet, so our day often starts with scary and sensationalized news, which obviously shapes our day. In fact, the morning should be begun with lovely songs, positive news and things that cause a smile. This will give you positive, fun thoughts to keep you energized throughout the day.
Do some yoga or physical exercises
Exercising is a great stimulant to wake you up, and makes you feel good for the rest of the day. It's good for the body and pumping those endorphins makes your mind happy and alert.
No one but our beloved people can make us smile and charged with energy!
Try to start your day with kissing your children or younger brother, helping your parents and calling your friends. Share your energy!
Start your day with something that does not depress you or makes you feel powerless to change your life or the world in some small or bigger way. Inspire yourself by every small thing you see around you, every fragments, and life will start to bubble from the morning!
