Russia, Ukraine approach halfway point on Ukraine's demilitarization issue

Russia and Ukraine are 'halfway' on the issue of Ukraine's demilitarization, Head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky said, Trend reports referring to TASS.

He also said that Moscow and Kyiv had almost reached a consensus on the issues of Ukraine's neutral status and its non-entry into NATO.
