Armenian statesmen secretly work for Bollywood

Armenian statesmen are big dreamers. Perhaps, they are the coolest dreamers in the world, and their true calling is to write scripts for the American science fiction films.

They probably do exactly this at leisure. There is a suspicion that they secretly work for Bollywood to shoot famous Indian films in which a good guy can knock down seven other guys at once with a single blow.

One thing is for sure - that they have inexhaustible potential. Being aware that their current plight in the region leaves much to be desired and they will have to leave the occupied lands soon, their brains rich in imagination becomes more inventive.
 
This time it suddenly seemed to them that Turkey is going to open the border with Armenia in the light of Hillary Clinton’s visit to the region. This is despite the fact that Turkey has reiterated many times it will open border with Armenia if Armenia takes steps to liberate Azerbaijan’s occupied lands. In this respect, Hillary Clinton's visit to Yerevan is truly a landmark. If Sargsyan agreed to free Azerbaijan’s lands at a private meeting with the U.S. Secretary of State and Ankara somehow got hold of the news, it can really be preparing to open borders.

Even in this case, the process would last very long. We should bear in mind that Armenia-Turkey relations is a matter of a different conversation and we all know very well what the Armenian government did to the Zurich protocols which made Ankara hesitant in opening Armenia border regardless of progress in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution.

Armenian statesmen cherish their myths very much. Had it not been for these myths, Sargsyan could have gone mad or be could have been ousted long ago.

They see the self-deception as the best way to calm down. Similarly, we can soon hear news that Turkey will not only open border with Azerbaijan, but also will recognize the far-fetched “Armenian genocide”, Ankara will apologize to Yerevan and will promise to revive Armenian economy at its own expense.  

Armenian propagandists may be advisable not to stop and to improve their myths more and more. Why not? After all, it was Armenian defense minister Seyran Ohanian who once said that “Armenia army is one of the strongest in the world.” 

Once the Armenian army is one of the strongest in the world, why the Armenian economy has not become one of the most stable, the Armenian education system one of the most powerful, and the Armenian diplomacy one of the most skilled then?
