Parvin Ahadzade has been elected a member of Pasha Bank Georgia’s Audit Committee, said the bank on its website March 23.
Pasha Bank Georgia is a subsidiary of Azerbaijan’s Pasha Bank and operates since February 2013.
Ahadzade succeeded Hayala Nagiyeva, who earlier left the Pasha Bank Georgia’s Audit Committee.
Pasha Bank Georgia’s Audit Committee also includes its member Jamil Mammadov and chairman Azer Sadigov.
Pasha Bank was founded in 2007.
Pasha Bank OJSC, along with Pasha Insurance, Pasha Life, Pasha Travel and Pasha Construction is a member of the Pasha Holding, which is actually an investment company but not a classic holding company.
