S. Korea eyes to fund Azerbaijani carbamide plant’s construction

Delegates of South Korea's Export-Import Bank (Korea Eximbank) will visit Azerbaijan in a two weeks' time to discuss allocation of a long-term loan to Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR for construction of a carbamide plant, director of the plant, owned by SOCAR, Khayal Jafarov told reporters Apr. 12.

"We [SOCAR] appealed to Azerbaijan's government to obtain a state guarantee for the loan," said Jafarov.
