Nahid Zeynalov, first deputy chairman of the Management Board at Bank of Baku OJSC, has been appointed to temporarily serve as acting chairman of the Management Board, says a message on the bank’s website.
He succeeds Zaur Garaisayev, who was earlier appointed the chairman of the Supervisory Board at IBA-Moscow, a subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan in Russia.
Bank of Baku was established in 2005 following the merger of two private banks – Bank of Baku OJSC and IlkBank.
