Azerpoct offers customers new service

Azerbaijan’s postal operator Azerpoct launched online service to find lost documents -- pochtap.az.

Customer will be able to find the lost document through the site by entering the data of the lost document and ID of an owner (the type and number of the document, name, surname, patronymic name, contact number of the owner).

If the document is found, then the owner will be notified and be informed where to come to pick up the document.

Also through the pochtap.az on "find the document" section it is possible to check whether the document lost or not.

As many as 34 documents have been found through the service so far. For detailed information one can call support number - "169”.
