Azpetrol denies information on dismissal of its first Vice-president Mozer

Mozer is on a business trip where he was sent by the Company, Trend reports referring to the press release spread by the Company ?n December 1, 2005.

Azpetrol also stated that information about loss of assets or objects belonging to the Company, reformins of organization's structure or closing of daughter enterprises is false.

"Despite current tax check-ups, the Company works in normal regime," stated press service of Azpetrol.

The document says that the companies entering Azpetrol group of companies and acting in Moldova are legal entities, confirmed by the Moldovan legislation. The check-ups carried out in Azerbaijan will not affect their activities.
