Azerbaijan increased production of oil products in 2005

In 2005 Baku-based oil refinery plants, including the Oil Refinery Plant and Azerneftyag SOCAR produced 7.3m of different oil products against 6.25m tons in 2004.

In particular, gasoline production went up by 6.4%, jet kerosene - 15.5%, fuel oil – 21%, diesel fuel oil – 17.6%, oil bitumen – 24.1%, naphta - 16.6%, the State Statistics Committee told Trend. Only production of the lubrications decreased by 4.3%, Trend reports.

The production of the oil products in Azerbaijan in 2005 is as follows:
