Azerbaijan ranks first in CIS for growth of industrial production and goods transportation

According to APA, Azerbaijan ranks first for the growth of industrial production and goods transportations in January this year in comparison with the corresponding period of last year.

The growth tempo was 40.2% on industrial sector and 12.5% on goods transportation in Azerbaijan. The Statistical Committee announced corresponding rates in Armenia (-1.3% and +53.3%), Belarus (+12.6% and 15.3%), Kazakhstan (+0.5% and +4.2%), Kyrgyzstan (-8.3% and +3.8%), Moldova (-1% and -17.4%), Russia (+4.4% and +8.3%), Tajikistan (+10.3% and +15.1%) and Ukraine (-2.9% and -7.6%).
