Five fully electric ambulances will be delivered to Azerbaijan.
The executive director of TABIB, Vugar Gurbanov, announced this at a briefing on the improvement and development of the Emergency and Urgent Medical Assistance Service, Azernews reports.
He stated that state procurement has begun for the purchase of 80 ambulances equipped with modern medical equipment.
V. Gurbanov emphasized that the vehicles to be purchased will include standard, differential, and reanimobile ambulances according to their technical specifications: "Five of them are fully electric vehicles. As for the technical specifications of the fully electric ambulances, their internal supply will include medical equipment and safety features."
The chairman of TABIB noted that the ambulances manufactured in 2024 will feature fast charging, a system of alarm lighting signals, functionality for supplying medical devices, and will be equipped with partitions and cabinets.
